After working as head chef in various restaurants, Raúl Sierra took on a new professional challenge in Belgium. During his time there he added new ingredients to his culinary repertoire, and this is something he showcases today in a very personal cuisine.
In 2017 Raúl returned to Granada and opened his eating house ‘Atelier’ (in its previous location, in Callejón del Ángel). In 2020 it moved to larger premises, to enhance the enjoyment of his loyal clientele even more

The menu and the tasting menu are periodically adapted to the seasonal products, which guide us in the search for the closest kitchen full of flavor, always respecting the seasonal product.
