Atelier WHO ARE WE?

Atelier is a home for everyone, pure hospitality. Our philosophy is based on happiness and simplicity; we want everyone who comes here to feel comfortable and to make it their own.

At Atelier our philosophy is based on the traditional homely ‘casa de comidas’, or eating house. It is a simple and contemporary restaurant, where we use seasonal produce, where time spent cooking is an investment in culinary pleasure and where our wine cellar is the perfect accompaniment.

Raul Sierra CHEF

After working as head chef in various restaurants, Raúl Sierra took on a new professional challenge in Belgium. During his time there he added new ingredients to his culinary repertoire, and this is something he showcases today in a very personal cuisine.

In 2017 Raúl returned to Granada and opened his eating house ‘Atelier’ (in its previous location, in Callejón del Ángel). In 2020 it moved to larger premises, to enhance the enjoyment of his loyal clientele even more

“I had been wanting to find time to eat at Atelier in Granada for quite a while. There have been many good recommendations; and it didn’t disappoint. The way they prepare their food is delicious. Today I tried, and can highly recommend, the Oxtail Croissant, the tartare of tomato and sardine, the peas and the octopus. The professional service also deserves a mention, they love their restaurant, their food and looking after their clients. We will without a doubt keep coming back to try other great dishes”.
